• Account information such as email and authentication identity.
• Optional profile details, birth date, birth time, birth place or location, and labels associated with saved profiles.
• Questions submitted through AstrologyAtoZ and communications sent for account or support help.

• Calculated charts and related planetary, house, Dasha, transit, Panchang, or evidence data.
• Saved questions, answers, guidance history, session information, and technical security or diagnostic logs.

• Authenticate accounts, create and store charts, calculate results, answer supported questions, and provide learning and Panchang features.
• Maintain security and reliability, troubleshoot issues, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Birth profiles and personal questions are private by default. AstrologyAtoZ does not create a public astrology profile by default. Public Panchang and Learn tools can be used without exposing private chart data. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information in free-text questions. “Private” means not publicly displayed by default and processed to operate your account and requested services, subject to this policy and service-provider processing.

AstrologyAtoZ uses service providers for authentication, data services, frontend hosting, and calculation services. Some AstrologyAtoZ features may use automated or AI-assisted processing where enabled. Relevant chart, question, and guidance context may be processed only as needed to provide the requested feature. Deterministic astrology calculations and evidence are distinct from automated or AI-assisted explanations. Automated or AI-assisted explanations may be incomplete or inaccurate; do not submit unnecessary confidential or highly sensitive information in free-text questions.

Information may be retained while an account is active and as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service. Limited records may remain for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, backups, and service operations. Retention practices may be refined when a documented operational schedule is established. You can review or update account and profile information and delete individual charts where supported. To request account or personal-data deletion, contact support@astrologyatoz.com; requests may require identity verification. Account deletion is initially support-assisted. Removal is not instantaneous from every backup or log system, and limited records may be retained for the purposes described above. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system guarantees absolute security.

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an AstrologyAtoZ account. AstrologyAtoZ is not intended for individuals under 18 and does not knowingly invite individuals under 18 to create accounts. For age-related concerns, contact support@astrologyatoz.com. Service providers may process information in countries other than yours. We will update this date when this policy changes materially.
