ABOUT ASTROLOGYATOZ
Why AstrologyAtoZ Exists
Making astrological knowledge easier to understand, explain and use responsibly.
Why AstrologyAtoZ Exists
Astrology has long helped people reflect on time, tendencies, challenges, and opportunities. Yet the knowledge can be difficult to access: rules are spread across traditions, calculations are easy to obscure, and answers are often presented without enough explanation.
AstrologyAtoZ exists to make that knowledge easier to understand and use thoughtfully. We want a person to see the context behind a reading, ask better questions, and learn at a pace that respects both tradition and personal judgment.
How AstrologyAtoZ Can Help
The platform brings practical tools together around a private, understandable workspace.
- Create a private birth chart and explore its main themes.
- Understand periods, Dashas, and timing context without losing the underlying evidence.
- Ask questions about work, relationships, learning, family, and life direction.
- Use Panchang and Muhurta tools when planning an important day.
- Learn through articles, examples, and progressively deeper explanations.
See the reasoning, not just the answer
A useful astrological explanation should show how it was reached. Where the calculation service provides evidence, AstrologyAtoZ presents a clear path from chart or calendar evidence to an astrological rule, timing context, and a careful interpretation.
This makes the result easier to question, learn from, and apply with appropriate humility. It also gives students and practitioners a better way to compare interpretations over time.

Our research approach
We bring together classical principles, KP techniques where applicable, Panchang and Hindu calendrical rules, astronomical calculations, reference texts, and established Panchang sources. We compare results across dates, locations, and regional practices rather than treating one setting as universal.
Software tests, calculation checks, and regression review help us catch changes that could alter an interpretation. The platform is refined continuously as we learn from tradition, evidence, and real questions.
AI may help organise, explain, and present information. It does not replace astrological rules, calculations, or the judgment of a qualified human practitioner.
Ancient knowledge, modern tools
Modern software can make a chart or calendar available in seconds, but speed is not the same as understanding. We use precise astronomical calculations, structured rules, multilingual access, responsive web tools, and explainable interpretations to make traditional knowledge easier to calculate, explore, compare, and understand while keeping the knowledge itself visible and reviewable.
Roots and inspiration
AstrologyAtoZ was founded by Mandar Moreshwar Joglekar. His learning was shaped by his father and Guru, Moreshwar Shankar Joglekar, who spent decades studying and teaching astrology and developing astrological software used by students.
The project carries that sense of Guru Parampara with respect: knowledge is received, practiced, tested, and shared with responsibility. The aim is continuity with room for careful, honest improvement.
Preserving and extending knowledge
AstrologyAtoZ is part of a wider effort to preserve and extend Indian knowledge traditions in a form that people can study and use today. That means documenting assumptions, making calculations inspectable, and leaving space for different schools and interpretations.
Respecting different traditions
Astrological practice is not a single uniform system. We are building room for regional calendars and approaches, including Maharashtra, North India, Gujarat, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, and Malayalam traditions.
Your birth data is private
Birth details and personal questions can be sensitive. We design the experience around private workspaces, authenticated access, and clear boundaries around what is shown. Read the Privacy Policy for the current details.
Guidance, not certainty
Astrology can offer a way to reflect on patterns and timing; it cannot remove uncertainty or replace personal judgment. Use the information thoughtfully and seek qualified professional advice for medical, legal, financial, or other decisions. See our Disclaimer.
An evolving knowledge platform
AstrologyAtoZ is being built as a long-term learning and practice platform. We will keep improving the explanations, regional depth, accessibility, and safeguards while staying clear about what the system knows, how it reached a result, and where human judgment remains essential.
